Clients work through a guided, firm-branded worksheet designed to gather their information in a consistent structure.

Document collection and automatic follow-up

Clients upload the documents needed for their case. BK FastLane automatically reminds them when something is missing, unreadable, or needs to be corrected.

AI review for gaps and inconsistencies

BK FastLane reviews the information and documents clients provide, then flags missing answers, inconsistencies, and potential issues for the firm to examine.

An organized file for the attorney

The answers, documents, and flagged issues come together in one case file, ready for attorney review and petition preparation.

BK FastLane grew out of Matt McCune's 25 years as a consumer bankruptcy attorney. We're building and beta testing it in his practice, McCune Legal, around the way small firms actually prepare cases: what clients are asked, what they forget, and where information gets lost along the way.

The system helps organize the file and surface questions for review. The attorney makes the legal decisions.

V2 is being built to automate those routine steps and carry the organized file forward through the life of the case, so the firm doesn't have to start over after filing.

We're looking for consumer bankruptcy firms who see the potential for a different way to run their practice—and want a hand in building it. BK FastLane is being developed inside a working bankruptcy practice. We want to learn how it works in yours.
